Free Trial and Consultation

While PixelJab does not offer a free trial, we do provide free consultation calls and strategic advice before finalizing a sales agreement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel their subscription to our marketing plans, users simply have to send an email to Once the cancellation request is received, it will be processed, and the subscription will be canceled. Users will not be billed for the next payment cycle.

Please note that if you opt for monthly recurring payments, you must inform us 48 business hours before the next payment is deducted or charged on your payment method to avoid being billed for the next cycle.

Refund Policy

We provide services that are intangible and irrevocable, hence, all sales are final, and refunds cannot be requested under normal circumstances.

However, if a refund is applicable under special circumstances (at the sole discretion of PixelJab Marketing Private Limited), it will be provided on a prorated basis.

Refund Process

Any refunds approved by PixelJab will be processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, and refunded to the original payment method. The refund process will be initiated as soon as possible, with an approximate turnaround time of 24 hours to 7 business days. Please note the exact time may be longer as it depends on your bank’s policies and processing times.

Cancellations in the Middle of a Billing Cycle

Services can be canceled in the middle of the billing cycle. However, please note that no refunds or financial remunerations will be provided for services during this period.
